No More Stalled Negotiations: Tell Congress to Stand Up for Our Rights and Careers

April 26, 2024 - Over 100,000 Flight Attendants across our industry have been in drawn-out negotiations. Without the credible threat of a strike, management is perfectly happy to prolong negotiation for years and delay paying for the improvements we’ve earned.

No matter where you’re at in negotiations, it’s urgent that every Flight Attendant take action for our careers.

Tell your Representative in Congress to sign on to a letter that urges the National Mediation Board to utilize all provisions in the Railway Labor Act, including “self help” and workers’ right to strike at the end of a 30 day cooling-off period, to encourage negotiations for a fair contract for Flight Attendants and other aviation workers. It only takes 60 seconds!

Be sure to share these actions with your flying partners, friends, and family.
